What is commission and why do you give the option of not charging it?
Estate agents have charged too much for too long and that ends now.
Instead of charging a commission of your sale price, we give you the option of paying us a lower fee* which is agreed from the outset, to make things simple and fair.
Will I get the same ‘High Street’ service?
Yes, we have a chain of High Street branches covering Essex.
If you choose to pay no commission* you still get the same marketing and full-service from our High Street branches to maximise your property’s true value.
If I choose your No Commission option, when do I pay my lower marketing fee to you?
All of our customers have the choice between Pay Now and Pay Later when they instruct us to sell their property on a No Commission basis.
Customers who choose Pay Later are due to make payment when any of the following occurs, whichever happens first:
- When the property sells and the legal process is complete;
- Ten months from the date you instruct;
- If you withdraw your instruction for us to market your property.
