I completed my sale with your Colubrid team last week and wanted to say a big thanks to the Colubrid team in facilitating this transaction.
Josh has been instrumental to the sale, incredibly responsive, honest, and willing to speak at all hours of the day around various work and family commitments. I initially was contacted by Josh when viewing a Colubrid property, and his friendly manner convinced us to sell with Colubrid. This shows that by letting some people (me in this instance) view properties before they have listed can sometimes lead to business generation for the agents.
George (sales progression) – George came in during a difficult time, with a mountain of pressure and no background on the sale. He swiftly got up to speed, and relentlessly worked with the buyers and their incredibly difficult conveyancers to get the sale over the line. Always professional and appropriately direct, he has bought into Fresh’s ethos of strong customer service and is a great addition to the team.

I had been out viewing with a lot of estate agents, I can honestly say Colubrid was the easiest to get along with, the easiest to get hold of and the nicest and most polite I agent dealt with. I would like to thank Ciaran for having a lot of patience with me as I was not the most decisive when choosing a property. He took the time to look through each property they have on the market and choose the one best suited for me. I have now exchanged and completed and am now settled into my new home thanks to Colubrid and especially Ciaran.

Aimi and Lisa are real stars in this excellent company.
We were initially for sale with another large chain agent and got nowhere – after 8 weeks and one view we switched to Colubrid. The only thing I regret is not instructing them earlier.
The first week the house went on with them it was sold at the amount we needed. We had loads of views (compared to the single view on the large chain).
The girls worked tirelessly to get the chain complete and constant calls with updates saw our purchase and sale complete. They are friendly lovely ladies that guided us through the transaction – they done their best to lessen the stress the best they could.
I would highly recommend Colubrid – I could use a pun but none is needed, it is the best estate agent I’ve used and would use them again in a heartbeat..
