Terms & Conditions
- If you refer a friend, colleague, or family member to Colubrid and they complete on a sale or let through us, we will give both you and the person you have referred £150 each.
- If the referred name is already on our database, then the reward is not payable.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- This scheme is only available once with each new client.
- Any firm who has an alternative arrangement with us, their staff or agents are not eligible for this reward-scheme.
- This scheme can be withdrawn or changed by us at any time.
- Any tax liability that arises from this scheme is your own responsibility.
- The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Colubrid for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. The referee will indemnify Colubrid for any loss or claim arising out of the referee’s failure to procure such consent.
